For this assignment, groups will begin to think about what company and topic(s) they would like to analyze for their major project.

After the group decides on a company, the group will then decide on which diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) topic(s) they would like to analyze and explain the reasons for your choice. This can be done in two ways: (1) choose to talk about all the topics we covered in the course, with a comprehensive analysis OR (2) select only 1-2 specific topics to analyze.

Your textbook covers a number of different topics relating to DEI, you may choose one of those topics:

Module 2: Anti-Indigenous Racism

Module 3: Anti-Black Racism

Module 4: Ableism and Accessibility

Module 5: Gender Equity

Module 6: 2SLGBTQIA+ and Transgender Inclusion
