Select two other motivational approaches you find through your own readings, including the recommended readings for this unit. Note: Do not select Abraham Maslow's "Hierarchy of needs" or Frederick Herzberg's "hygiene factor approach" as one of your four motivational approaches; these have been covered in-depth in PM 7020. Apply your four selected motivational strategies to project management. Describe the advantages and disadvantages of each of the motivational approaches.
