Health. You don't have to write full sentences for each item in your list, or worry about spelling and grammar. Just put down words/phrases/ideas/terms to make some sense of your ideas. If you get stuck, use the method of Questioning (Generate ideas by asking as many questions as you can think of about your topic. Such questions include: Why? Where? Who? How? In What ways etc. Your list may or may not have any specific order.
