Who you are: Assistant Manager, Snapdragon $($refer to case scenario$)$

Who your reader is: Iris Reed, your supervisor and Snapdragon owner

Background: At a recent conference hosted by the Canadian Academy of Floral Art, you

attended a seminar about the impact of the floral industry on the environment. You were

shocked to learn how much plastic waste is produced annually by commercial floristry, in

addition to the pollution created from pesticides and carbon emissions. When you mentioned

some statistics to Iris after the conference, she was surprised too and wanted more information.

She asked you to research how Snapdragon could reduce its impact on the environment and

recommend the best option for Snapdragon to be more environmentally sustainable while

maintaining its reputation for quality.

Your task:

five years to gather information for your report. Credible sources include relevant

report for Iris Reed. After your introduction, logically organize the body of the report

to explain the problem, then identify and discuss three or four ways to make

Snapdragon more sustainable and how they would benefit customers, the

business, and the environment. Conclude your report by summarizing your
