For this Observation Task, you will need to conduct a safety inspection of your workplace using the Observation Task 2: Safety Checklist below. Using the Safety Checklist, list 12 things in your workplace (e.g. classroom) you must check are in place in order to meet safety standards (e.g. "Floors are free of tripping hazards"). You must then use the checklist to conduct an inspection of your workplace. You will need to record the outcomes of this inspection within the checklist.
