It's a good idea to try very hard to be discreet with this assignment, as sometimes you may make the person you are talking with feel very uncomfortable.

Do not blow this assignment off! There is a lot of research being done in this area, and it is very important to managers. I will be looking to see that you put some real effort into describing what you observe about yourself and others.
