For your group project please do some thinking around the Phases/Deliverables and Subdeliverables for your project. This is due by Thursday. Your team will take these ideas to develop a team WBS.

I'm looking for some clear thinking and 2-3 levels of Deliverables. It can be provided in a table format, outline format or graphic format (Powerpoint org chart works well in a pinch).

I'm looking for some familiarity with the key building blocks of creating a project. See slides 9 and 10 for graphical representation.

5 points for a clearly developed high level plan (do not need to see more than 20 phases/deliverables/subdeliverables).

Attach a word document, powerpoint document, PDF of a viso, Miro, or other drawing software.

Use what tools you feel comfortable with.

I have provided this quick practice as WBS is one of the harder concepts for PMs to master. THis is an opportunity to think through it yourself, before workign with your team members. I am happy to meet with anyone struggling!
