$3.)$ Analyze each goal, demonstrating how your goal meets each of the $5$ SMART Model components. Provide a rationale for your reasons as to why you feel your goal meets the SMART criteria. For example, explain what makes your goal statement measurable or why your goal statement is specific enough to act on and monitor. Explain any challenges that you see in using the SMART Model in setting strategic goals.
