Following this meeting, the HR Head was asked to conduct a culture audit about the current and desired cultures. Current culture: The organization is highly people$-$oriented and has a family$-$like work environment. Employees have a high sense of belonging and are loyal to the organization, but innovation & creativity, which have been the key strengths of the organization since its inception, are seriously declining, and even result$-$orientation and related completeness are low.
