Going Green

You work for a medium$-$sized company. Your boss has asked you and your partner$($s$)$ to come up with some ideas to help the organization to be more eco$-$friendly. Brainstorm some ideas and decide which you would like to implement. Keep in mind that the ideas may not go ahead if they are too costly$!$ See the attachment and pick ONE topic to focus on$.$

Identify the type of meeting you will be conducting. $($Refer to PowerPoint from February $22$nd $-$ Slide $7)($Types of meetings include: status update, decision$-$making, problem solving, team building, information sharing, planning sessions, brainstorming sessions$)$

$2.$ Prepare an Agenda.

You may search the internet for appropriate format.

Ensure that you Agenda has the details stated on slide $26($time$/$date$,$ goal or objective, topics to be discussed, deadlines, action items, next steps$).$

$3.$ Assign Roles

$4.$ CONDUCT the meeting simulation $-$ Draft a POWERPOINT presentation for submission.
