I need help figuring out the cell values required for the 5 year column to get me started on this worksheet. For total Contribution in savings, I got: =B38*B40*B41. I am not sure if that is correct. The total amount for that cell comes out to be $12,651.19. For the Total accrued interest, I cannot get it to come out to the right total. I'm getting $3,550.45 from =B38*B40 * (1+B39)^5 but I know that is not right.

In the Loan section for the 5 year column, I began with the total amount paid over the time of the loan and the formula I put in was =B49*(1+B50)^5 which gives a total of $25,833.48. That is off - but I cannot figure out what is wrong in my formula to correct it. If you can just help get me started with the 5 year values formatting, I would be most appreciative! If we need to go back and forth one at a time, please start with the savings section total amount saved cell value formula and we can work forward. Thanks!
