In this part of the project, your project team will produce project artifacts that are created at the start of a predictive project, i.e., Starting the Project.

Part 1 consists of the following project artifacts:
Business Case (Please see Module 3, Part 1 and Figure 3-11 of the course textbook)
Project Charter (Please see Module 3, Part 2 and Figure 3-16 of the course textbook)
Stakeholder Register (Please see Module 3, Part 2, and Figure 3-13 of the course textbook). The register should include a minimum of fifteen stakeholders in total internal and external to the organization.
Perform stakeholder analysis for each stakeholder based on their level of authority (power) and their level of concern (interest).
Create a power/interest grid including all the stakeholders (Please see Module 3, Part 2, and Figure 3-14 of the course textbook. Verify the stakeholder engagement level and describe high-level stakeholder engagement strategies. The engagement strategies must be specific to your project. For example, some stakeholders may need to be managed closely. Describe at a high level how will this be done based on the needs of your project.
