This list can be overwhelming at first, but know that we will refer back to this list at the end of the quarter, and you will be surprised at how many of these habits you will pick up during our time together. 1) First, share with us three of these habits you already practice, with examples for each one. 2) Then, share with us which one or two of these habits you would like to put into practice by the end of the quarter.
