Zhao et al. (2019) indicated that Health Information Technology (HIT) adds a program for the digital improvement of business and clinical data. Zhao et al. (2019) reported that other studies indicated that such tools could expand patient quality by lessening death and hospital subsequent admission ( Zhao et al. 2019). Zhao et al. (2019) stated that without a laboratory tracing system, previous research mentioned that about 75% of laboratory results were misplaced in emergency departments. The management and tracing of laboratory data demands or needs obscure coordination to advance communication and decision-making among confederates (Zhao et al., 2019).

According to Zhao et al. (2019), technology allowed laboratory tracing mechanisms gave a combined use of resources that encouraged business IT value and comprehensive organization accomplishment. In addition, another research also stated that electronic health documents could advance quality care by decreasing 30 to 60- day healthcare frequent admission among patients with long-term diseases and reducing clinical risk through quick identification of high-risk patients. Healthcare with HIT encloses features such as automatic notes and records, clinical decisions, support, and other entries had decreased complication and death rates, along with increased financial capability. (2019) also explored a study on hospital HIT adoption of a laboratory tracing care system.
