hello ,

Can you help me peer review two article separately with positive or negative response ? If you have any questions for those articles then please feel free to ask ! Can you give responses separately for those 2 articles ?

Article 1 :-

1. In my opinion, creativity stands high on the podium. Innovation & Creativity are like two faces of the coin and always sail together. Creativity is basically generating new ideas and the process of implementing it is innovation. These two can lay the path to create anything successful. This helps peers to always think ahead and differently of what is already present. Creativity helps in introducing ideas that were never thought of before, a way to solve them, helps to imbibe and appreciate the diversity and culture we have, adapting to new changes. To give an example, As a part of the of my current job our team were supposed to provide demo in the mobile world conference instead of recording the demo video for every instance, we created a dashboard which will display the complete data that we worked on instead of a tedious step by step record process.

2. There are many that will come up in line, but the top ones are,

Being transparent(open): I made sure, I was transparent about the project I was working on, its deadlines, its impact. This helped me a lot to move the ladder up in my career.

Wide range of thoughts: Not attaching to a single work method and expanding the different wats one can do a work. Initially when I started off as a engineer, I tried to adapt a automated procedure which helped in tracking the tickets.

3. Yes, I absolutely believe Knowledge is vital and its a powerful tool who can possess. Without having knowledge, anything can be worked on. It acts as a baseline for innovation and creativity also. Only with knowledge we can decide what is wrong, how much room for error is present, different ways a particular problem can be solved.

Article 2 :-

Creativity can be best described as a center point of Expertise, Skills, and Motivation. Creativity plays an important role in driving innovation (Amabile, 1996). Creativity can have multiple types like technological creativity and management creativity. I have been working on management creativity which is essentially learning management models like Kotters and Lewins and applying it to my job. I have created a hybrid version of change models by combining these two change models to fit my requirements. Management creativity has helped drive home continuous improvement projects like saving ~$10,000 in COGS. I think some of the main cognitive factors I look for when building a team focused on Lean Six Sigma, and the ability to solve the same problem in at least three different ways and pushing them to come up with original ideas and through ideas also gaining a more in-depth knowledge about the hurdle behind the question. This interview/coaching method has helped me build a successful team and I have been able to sort high-performance employees through this method. Also, applying change models to always nudge them to drive focused innovation through creativity and prior knowledge gained on the job. As mentioned above, knowledge will drive creativity in the correct direction or else you will keep coming to the same conclusion without understanding the root cause of the problem. I think background knowledge into the problem is important to deduce solutions which are not feasible. Simple innovation is normally driven by trial and error, but through trial and error a person gains knowledge about the resistance in the process and knowledge helps drive better creativity and innovation.
