Hello Chegg experts, I'm a relatively new coder and the following Java program my teacher wants us to put together in NetBeans is beyond what she has taught so far:Hello Chegg experts, I'm a relatively new coder and the following Java

I'm at a total loss of how to put this together with the beginner-level knowledge I have and was really hoping somebody could assist me in creating this program. This is my very first CheggStudy question I have asked, and thank you for your time!

While going over your expenses your financial adviser noticed that you have been eating out too often lately. She suggests that you cut down your restaurant bill and put the money saved into your IRA instead. Considering taking her advice, you decide to develop a program to help you and other users estimate the financial impact of this proposed IRA investment. Create one NetBeans project that does the following: Ask users to enter an estimated dollar amount for monthly restaurant bill. You can take users' input through the console using the Scanner class or through the input dialog box of the javax.swing.JOptionPane class. Decide the tip amount: Suppose that users usually give 18% tips, calculate the corresponding tips for the estimated monthly restaurant bill. Decide the monthly IRA investment: Add the tips to the monthly restaurant bill and the total will be the monthly IRA investment. Ask users to enter the number of years that they plan to save (invest) in this way. Again, you can take users' input through the console using the Scanner class or through the input dialog box of the javax.swing.JOptionPane class. Suppose that you use 5% as the annual interest rate. Calculate the future value of this investment (of savings from restaurant bill) using this formula: futureValue-monthly! nvestment *[(1+r)"-1)/r, where N = number of investment periods and r= interest rate per period. Since users invest monthly, here N = number of years *12 and r = annual interest rate/12. Feel free to define variables to represent N and r to simplify the formula entry Display a message specifying the monthly restaurant bill, tip, and total saving per month and informing users of the future value of their investment. You should write the output message using variables and customized Strings
