and need describe the characteristics what I used in graph map and explain the clusters that I created.

Also at least 1 of the 2 characteristics should be related to COVID-19.

I really don't have idea for which characteristics (Dimensions) should I use and how they can be related to COVID-19

I thought about using price / service quality but how price or service quality can be relate to COVID-19
