I need help. I have to make a PERT diagram, Gantt chart, and a feasibility analysis for a business that I am implementing a new process. I am doing it on controlling and managing inventory. My first step is to create a new position that is in charge of managing inventory. Am I right to say that a PERT diagram displays different paths of the project? What if I need every activity involved? I have provided a Gantt chart, a PERT diagram, and a feasibility analysis that I created for the project. Can you tell me if I did them right or provide a fix to make them right please? Thank you.
