Hello Jacob. lfeel like when you mentioned "Understanding the behavior of individuals and the group could be critical to the success of a project because by analyzing behavior patterns you can understand better howfwhere to push or pull in the most effective way for better productivity." Knowing who you are working with and around and knowing how they work compared to how you work allows for you to have more success as a group in trying to achieve your goals. Hello Andrew, I have an opinion about one of the traits that you picked, knowing the customer. Wouldn't that be the job of the product owner to know what the customer wants and then just relay that message to the development team? The product owner can also "act" as the deyeloper if they really want to no? One of the traits of being a product owner is to "act on different levels" So technically the product owner would in a sense know the customer better.
