Hello. One unique thing about me is that I have tapped many job industries and job peaks (as life does present experiences and reaching peaks). One of which is a Manager in the automotive industry. As I worked my way up in the Dealership and made personal purchases, I learned about "positive and negative equity in vehicles." Hard credit checks. Soft credit checks and how to build your creditworthiness. These two features made quite an impact on my decision-making regarding leasing vs. purchase timing. Which I taught my children when they were ready to get their first vehicles responsibly. This class will be instrumental in my financial building. Balancing. Everything I learn is passed on to my family. Within the company I work for, I will be accounting for their business, and they will become my clients for my new accounting business (monthly fee).
