Having defined the Hospitality Spirit in question one and using your discussion board #1 as a resource please define and explain five qualities you are looking for in an applicant that has the potential to deliver the Hospitality Spirit. And, five qualities that would disqualify an individual from a position in the service industry.

3. Bob Benton owns a 300-room hotel along the beach in Santa Barbara. The hotel has a restaurant and banquet services. He has hired you as a consultant to create a path forward for his hotel. Mr. Benton was in the real estate industry and has very little experience in the hotel business. After a year of running the hotel, he has seen the occupancy rate slip 15% and the average room rate dip from $156 to $120. What suggestions do you have for Mr. Benton to do to save his hotel?
