There are three equally qualified applicants, two of German ancestry, one a natural-born American citizen,the other born in Germany who is not a US citizen.The third applicant is an American-born citizen of non-German ancestry.
Question:
The US citizen of German ancestry is hired. Do either or both of the other applicants have a basis for a discrimination charge?Why? Please Fully explain.
