This is a question about a minimizing problem.

Min:F(y)

At the critical point Y, the gradient of the object is F(Y)=462 and the gradient of the

constraint are G(Y)=(8124)

I also have a hessian matrix og the objective and the constraint at the critical points:

H F(Y)=604082428

H G(Y) =222260202

How can i check if this really is the minimizing problem?
