Hello would it be possible to provide an example for the function of the formabx+cto plot and graph.

In my post this is what is asked:

• Provide a table containing at least four ordered pairs (x, y) that are on the curve
• Graph the radical function
• Include the table you created
• Include the image of your graph
• Describe the general behavior of the graph
• Determine and include the range and domain of the radical function
• Write the function in equivalent form using rational exponents
