This project is run in an emacs, each section $($i$.$e getRow, getCols, isInBound, getTokenAt, setPlayerToken, getNumDropped, getLastDropRow, getLastDropCol, getPhase, dropToken and lastly isLastDropConnectFour need to be within their respective sections. I would greatly appreciate labeling each section of code so they can be implemented easier$)$ It is partially already completed with the blanks needing filling in$.$ additional information from the instructions will be posted in the ask followup question section.
