Patient is waiting for medical attention in a waiting room Distance 30, Time is 60 . 4. Patient is moved to an assessment room Distance 10, Time is 5. Nurse records blood pressure, test blood sugar and records information on chart Distance nothing, Time is 15 Patient goes back to waiting room Distance 30, Time is nothing. After a delay patient is sent to Doctors cubicle Distance 20, Time is 30. Doctor does a clinical assessment makes a diagnosis Distance nothing, Time 30. Patient is sent to X- Ray department where x- rays are taken Distance is 150, Time is 45. Patient is sent to the waiting room Distance is 120, Time is 15. Patient is sent to the doctors cubicle with X- ray report Distance is 20, Time is nothing. Doctor treats patient based on X-ray findings Distance is nothing, Time is 15.
