2. Are you familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM? (little experience from administrative role at 401k company but willing to do training and learn more)

3. How do you work under pressure in a high-pressure environment?

4. Can you describe a time or situation where you came up with a strategy in order to increase sales and it worked? (talk about marketing and social media promoting)

5. Do you have any experience in sales? (talk about working for a 401k company and needing to go to companies to try to make clients sign up)

6. Do you have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook (yes)

6. How well do you work for clients, vendors, customers, etc.

7. What are some marketing strategies you can come up with for an insurance company
