Assignment: Middlebrook Call Center

Introduction

The Middlebrook Call Center is managed by Colleen Matthews, a white female. The assistant manager is Judy Belhandi a black female. Due to employee concerns and complaints involving racism, pay disparities, and other discrimination, HR instructed the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to conduct an audit of the call center with instructions to review employee data by race, sex, education, experience, rate of pay and job title. Employees have indicated a desire to resign from the company and have complained that the culture of the call center is exclusive, and it should be inclusive.

You work in the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as a DEI Auditor. The following is the Middlebrook Call Center employee data. You have been asked to review and analyze the data and write a report of your findings.
