Decide which step is relevant for you right now and start from there.

M $$ MEASUREABLE: What is the actual unit of measurement of success that signifies that this goal is met$/$achieved$?$ What is the $$tangible$$ proof that this goal has been completed.

A $$ ACTION: What action steps need to be completed to achieve the goal? These steps $($minimum $5$ required$)$ need to be detailed. The action step must be listed and include how and when and who it will happen with.

R $$ RESPONSIBILITIES$/$RESOURCES: Who and what will assist you to work on and achieve each action item you listed. What Resources are needed and required?

T $$ TIME$-$BOUND: This is different that the $$when$$ or $$action step occurrence$$ What is the duration of each action item? Or what is the period of the commitment of each action item.
