Hi I am doing a school assignment for degree and related to BMGT2002S - Future of Organization and work.

After interviewing 3 person from the company (Top Management , Middle Management & Ground Team), we found the following problems in the organization (Delivery company) as follows :

1) Shortage of Manpower

2) No support from Management for ground Team (Eg. No OT pay / overload of work / Force to close orders in system despite items not delivered.)

3) High Turnover

4) Conflicts between non-Chinese in the organization and work productivity decrease as the Top Management is run by China Chinese.

Therefore I am covering the assignment covering 3 topics to provide recommendations :
