Hi I have this JAVA code and I started the framework but I need help going about it.

I have tried to do #2 and ended it with an if else statement just need the beginning declared variabled based off part 1.

Here is what I have and need help filling in the gaps. If I made any errors in my setup please let me know and comment the change so I can understand better thank you!
