If I could get some help it would be greatly appreciated.

How could I calculate the proposed value of SecureNet? There are 518,689 total shares and options although 100% of them are being held. The price per share is $4.38. All the numbers are also on SecureNet (A).xls.

I think I have an idea but I don't know if I'm looking at the right numbers.
