I need help with Excel Functions.

I have a data set that has around $37000$ rows and $40$ columns. I need to use two columns, which are the Payment Amount and Vendor ID$,$ to find the top $10$ vendors in terms of payment without having the same vendor popping up more than once.

The book mentioned the following: $"($Hint: Use

How can I do that?
