You work at City Hospital, a public, bed hospital located in Minneapolis. You are the manager of the human resource department, and you have held that position for three years. Patrick Thomas accounting supervisor has approached you and wants to give an employee Jessica Rawls a written warning. Jessica is currently on a Performance Improvement Plan PIP The PIP was developed about two weeks ago and included goals that were to be met over the course of the next months. Patrick has emailed you a draft of the written warning he wants to present to Jessica. It is attached to this assignment. Patrick must have permission from HR to deliver a written warning and you will need to approve the idea and any final draft of the warning before it is presented.
