Type: Individual

Purpose: To describe how to support on$-$boarding and training activities.

Task: You will develop an onboarding program for a role that you are familiar

with.

Step $1)$ Think of a job that you have had or a job that you are familiar with. Write a brief description of the role and include:

Company description

Job title and role

Basic duties

Work location and schedule

Tools$/$training needed to perform the job successfully

Step $2)$ Create an orientation schedule

Details:

Find a calendar template. You will enter the training into the calendar

Assume the person was hired July $15$th and their first day is August $1$st$.$

Enter the topic of the training as well as a brief comment on the purpose and rationale. Align your training with the information you have learned in this module. add citations and references as well for the answers
