You are responsible for the decision to remove the safety shields from Tim Hortons across Canada that were installed at cash registers during the pandemic. Senior management argues that the shields are reducing the effectiveness of their employees and are no longer needed due to 80% of the Canadian population being vaccinated against COVID-19. As a consultant, you are responsible to employ strategic risk management to enact the wishes of Tim Hortons management.
