Homework 1: Activity Diagrams

Definition

Your task for this assignment is to create a set of activity diagrams for the car buying process used by Carvana (www.carvana.com). The overall process should encompass the following 4 sub-processes:

• Searching for a vehicle
• Selling or trading an existing vehicle
• Arranging Financing
• Arranging Delivery

You can draw one large diagram or 4 smaller activity diagrams. The diagrams must be UML compliant and should include:

• Swimlanes for each participant role
• All needed flow and control nodes
• Object flows (documents)
