Your task for this assignment is to create a set of activity diagrams for the car buying process used by Carvana (www.carvana.com). The overall process should encompass the following 4 sub-processes:

• Searching for a vehicle
• Selling or trading an existing vehicle
• Arranging Financing
• Arranging Delivery

You can draw 4 small activity diagrams. The diagrams must be UML compliant and should include:

• Swimlanes for each participant role
• All needed flow and control nodes
• Object flows (documents)

Submissions

Please document any assumptions you need to make in terms of the online purchase process. Your activity digrams should be created with Visio or another diagramming tool (you can get Visio for free from azureforeduction.com: use your UB credentials).
