Horace entered into the Achimota Mall branch of Shoprite with the intention of purchasing his favourite Royal energy drink. While in the shop, he spotted a bottle of the drink being displayed on one of the shelves with a price tag of GH5.00. Horace therefore picked the bottle of the drink and proceeded to the counter with the intention of paying for it. However, while at the counter, the shop attendant refused to sell the drink to Horace at the displayed retail price of GH5.00, claiming that the displayed price was a mistake and that the correct retail price was GH10.00. Horace got furious and walked out of the shop owing to the refusal on the part of the shop attendant to sell his favourite drink to him at the displayed retail price of GH5.00.
