House Construction You are the project manager for a construction company currently building a residential structure for a client. The type of construction is an additional dwelling unit (ADU), very popular since Covid. The project starts with site clearing. The area of the property that will hold the ADU needs to be graded and flat before a concrete pad can be poured. You estimate this is a 2 day job. The concrete pour takes 1 day. Once the pad is poured, drainage and electric lines need to be run from the main house. These can be done concurrently. Electric usually takes 2 days and drainage usually takes 4 days. After these are complete, the pre-fabricated structure is delivered by truck and installed on the pad. This usually takes a day, but can take up to one week as the delivery is not scheduled until the electric and drainage is signed off on (so estimate 7 days). Once the unit is delivered, the electric is hooked up (one day), the drainage is connected (one day), and the window units are installed (2 days), all concurrently. After these are all complete the clients choices of paint and furnishings are installed (two days) and then the entire structure is cleaned, completing the project. Deliverables: 1. Create the WBS for this project. 2. Create the network diagram for this project. Identify the critical path. 3. Create the critical path table, using the template below, extending the number of rows as needed.
