How do I explain that in a store, I received excellent service as I dropped my money and the store attendant told me gave me the money I dropped. The next day in the same store, it was very crowded. I asked the attendant why he did not have help at the busiest time of day. He told me his helper was hiding. I went to the backroom knocked on the door he came out to assist his partner waiting on customers. I great employee, and one bad how do I write this up?
