how do you think new technology has changed the way we communicate? How many of you attend meetings in an online environment? Are they effective? How is interpersonal communication affected in this environment? From my experience, I absolutely think they can be very effective. I managed several telecommuters in my former position and we held skype and phone meetings regularly. In my current position, we also use things like Skype and Zoom to hold video meetings and they are great as long as you get used to being on camera. =)
