Look at your own organization, or a past organization and share how HRM helped employees with career management (perhaps with promotion, retention, insubordination, etc.). Share an analysis of how this organization can help their employees with a solid employee training program.

Then create a SWOT analysis on a training program that you would develop, if you were in charge, for this organization. What are some strengths of the training program? Weaknesses?
