Developing a new recruiting process is no easy task, and most of the time the main objective is to make the process a lot more effective, efficient or seamless to the job seeker, hiring manager, and HR representative/recruiter. The research, the gathering of facts and data, helps me to support my argument or identify a problem. I, then, anticipate any disruption (short, long, or constant) between parties directly involved in the process, and if needed, I adjust accordingly.
