How does this help with the decision making and leadership?

Developing a new recruiting process is no easy task, and most of the time the main objective is to make the process a lot more effective, efficient or seamless to the job seeker, hiring manager, and HR representative/recruiter. The research, the gathering of facts and data, helps me to support my argument or identify a problem. I, then, anticipate any disruption (short, long, or constant) between parties directly involved in the process, and if needed, I adjust accordingly. The third phase is all about leveraging existing tools, resources, processes, or principles as guidance. I am emotionally involved in the process, as I have experienced recruiting processes as a participant from all parties perspectives. creative self enables me to develop a simplified process that can easily be followed, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and organization I am representing.
