How should i answer to this question:-

You are having an interview with Susan Jones, an executive at a healthcare organization with whom you are applying for a job. You are extremely interested in getting this position and want to make a positive impression. The interview has been going very well when the executive says to you: I see that you have taken a Health Care Finance course in your VCU program. Tell me, what two concepts or topics did you learn there that you feel were of most value to you, or which two did you find most interesting? What made them of value or of interest, and how do you think you can apply these concepts in the future? At that moment the executive looks at her watch and says. I would love to hear what you have to say, but I am afraid we have run out of time for this interview. Why dont you put your answer down in a few paragraphs and send that to me. With that you conclude your interview and leave.

Note: since writing to a potential employer in a job interview process, you want to do an excellent job of writing and that writing will be considered when evaluating your answer.
