How to make a guessing number application on C# visual studio

requirements.

the user has to enter a number in the text box from 1 to 10. and computer also generate a random number

if the users number match the computer random number it show a message at the messages boxlebel that guess correct.

if the user number is lower than computer should say high or low

exapmple

you select 4 computer number is 5 your number is low
