how to write this email better: I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns about the bathroom remodeling project we had agreed upon. My request was for a full remodel, but it appears that not all the requested items have been included in the scope of the work.
I contacted your company 48 hours before the contract end of the cancelling and followed up a few days later with no response. On June 3rd and 4th, I contacted your office seeking clarification and resolution. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response to my calls, I called again on both days, and I was, and the representative will call me back with a promise to get back to me within 24 to 48 hours, but as of today, I have not received any further communication.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but I believe that clear and prompt communication is essential for a successful project. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues promptly and provide a detailed plan for completing the remodel according to our first conversation with salesperson which I reached out and I was recommended to contact the customer service line. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication is not in the best interest to this my concern with her.
Please let me know when I can expect a response, and I am more than willing to discuss this matter further. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter.
