Facts: Elmore Bean Warehouse Inc. appeals a judgement through district court. Through such, denying relief from their terms of contract with Lawrence. Per contract, Elmore Bean Warehouse Inc. purchased pinto beans from a grower, Appellee. After market price dropped, it was noticed dramatically under the contract price. Only 15% of contract price was paid by Elmore Bean Warehouse Inc. Grower filed suit.
