I wrote this : My 10 years at USPS has permitted me know significant postal administrative procedures and mail classification. I can perform several tasks such as collect payment for postage stamps, examines mail for correct postage, answer question from customers about mail procedures, postage rates, and mail delivery. I explain to my customers USPS online service resources and how they can save time in using online service. And explain them how to file forms. Those are just a few examples I can offer a lot more services at my workplace.
