I am currently having issues with this assignment:

In C#, create a deck of 52 playing cards that has 4 classes: Card, Deck, Hand, and Program(Main method).

Only use arrays for storing data types. No collections (like List, Dictionaries, ect.)

Please use enums for Card Suit(Hearts, Spades, Clubs, Diamonds) and Card Rank(Ace, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King)

Please implement a method that deals 5 cards into 4 Hands.
